i suggest you start tracking your diet. If you are eating majority of just fruit I would bet you are not hitting your caloric/nutrient goals.

I will generally do a fast (juices, water, veggies) in between certain programs to kind of reset my system.

I personally like to do cardio first then weights after. I've found no negative impacts to doing HIIT cardio first before weights. Just find what works best for you and go with it.
