Low carb/sugar snacks that are filling

Options
New to posting. I'm looking for a few suggestions for snacks or sides that are filling, but low in carbs, sugar, and calories. Something other than broccoli.

    My new favorite snack 1/2 cup of non-fat or 2% cottage cheese mixed with a tablespoon of sugar-free preserves.

    Mix Greek yogurt and sour cream, fat free, with ranch dip mix and eat with raw veggies.

    Hi there,

    I stay away from carbs, except for healthy carbs (asparagus, any kind of lettuce, broccoli, spinach, to name a few). I have these foods around for when I want a snack.

    turkey pepperoni
    green/black olives
    light babybell cheese rounds
    celery sticks/cucumber slices - dipped into blue cheese dressing sometimes
    natural almond 100 calorie packs
    fat free jello with whipped topping

    I found, for me anyway, that if I save my cup of coffee for the afternoon, my craving for something sweet is satisfied. I guess because it's warm, has a bit of creamer and sweetener. I used to drink coffee all day. I switched to decaf and limit myself to 1 cup during the day and 1 cup after dinner. That was a task in itself!
