That depends on what you believe 'perfect' is. It could be as simple as 'toned legs'. Or 90%+ grades. I think we need to strive for some level of perfection (what this means obviously varies for everyone).

You've got to cook it longer than white rice. Anddd ... eat it with curry. Or steamed veg with seasoning. If the sides are seasoned and mixed in with the rice, the rice will taste yummy too :D

I'm about 5' 2" and currently sitting at 126lbs. At 143lbs I was an Aussie size 10 / 12 / 14. At 115lbs I was an Aussie size 9 and US size 3 / 4. At 126lbs I am an Aussie size 10. I got back on the bandwagon again today and I'm hoping to get back to a comfortable size 8.
