I just started Synthroid but want to start armour...how did you convince your doc to go with the switch?

I read on a post here once that Avocados are a healthy person's Bacon. Yum!! My hubby can have his freaking bacon, I will take the avocado!! :)

I saw the honey cinnamon post on facebook and tried the one for an infection...2 tablespoons of cinnamon and some amount of honey. Needless to say only a teaspoon of the cinnamon was actually part of the drink, the rest was at the bottom of the glass...and I could barely get it to my mouth much less drink it, it was SOO…

I love Zumba...no pictures, but definitely an awesome calories burn. I work out at 24 hour and there is a new class Zumba/Weights...I am very excited to try that one to get both the cardio and the weights in at once!

Ok so I am 7 days without my addiction...Diet Coke. When I say addictiion, the joke has always been, take a blood sample, it will be diet coke. ANYWHOOOO>... I have been up since 2 this morning unable to sleep, and this little challenge of no sugar is the ONLY thing that kept me with my no diet coke New Years…

Sooozie...you mentioned that you lost hair (among other symptoms)....when you switched to armour did it help with that? Did you have any success with any other treatment in regards to hair loss??

made it further through Shred 5 than I have on 1-4....and didn't have to unbutton my pants sitting at my 9 hour a day desk job.

I strted a day early...so yesterday was Day 3. I can barely walk today. MIght be the Wii Zumba I did AFTER day 3...not sure. Anyway, is anyone doing the diet thing online with Jillian? www.jillianmichael.com/free (for 30 days...)??

OK. stats. Scale this morning says 158. I don't believe it, so I am not changing my ticker. Right thight 25.25 Left Thigh24.75 Waist: 35.50 Hips: 38.25 Bust 37.5 Since my scale has said 175 since i started MFP...I am going to say my goal is 155. 20 pounds to go.

I think size fluctuates with the designers... if in THEIR heads they are a size 8...on a fat day their 8s will fit a 10 ...on their skinny days, they will fit a 6. (at least that is what I tell myself!) :)
