This has honestly been my struggle in losing weight...not the calories or working out but the social aspect. I hate the attention and it makes me feel vulnerable.
-
I tend to shy away from the attention i get for losing weight. Supportive or unsupportive in real life. People had asked me how I dropped weight so quickly (which was a combo of really healthy clean eating and a lot of gym time). So far ive lost 75 lbs. 50 of it was in about a 4 month period of time. I got tired of feeling…

Same thing for me. Attention is hard when I maintain a specific viewpoint and then didnt know how to cope from sexual attraction/attention I was getting. I'd make a list and make small goals to get down the weight. Also keeping track of food really helps me..even putting cheat foods in etc. i work out two hours every day…

Tattoo. Clothes. Parasail.

I completely agree. I say what I mean and it is always a compliment because it means the person is sweet and has probably flattered me. Honest and direct communication is difficult for a lot of people. I think if it's an non-genuine "oh but you are a nice person" and they literally say words like nice, polite, friendly,…

I think it's a combination of different factors. For me it is more psychological than physical. I look at the goal and go..**** off, Ive got this. Before I never had this mentality. It was shrouded more in self-doubt than self-discovery. Motivation and effort are important but for me, it is mindset/perspective. Even a…

Lol to someone saying MFP stood for Muscles, Fatties, and Pervs. I find I am very detail oriented and like to have a plan..I have calorie counted before but this site has helped immensely with my goals when before, I have unfortunately given up before. 75 lbs so far and still going strong.

It depends what you put on it..if you do double meat and cheese and various sauce etc etc..you're in for a rude awakening. If you do lean meat (like the turkey breast) and load it with veggies..it can definitely be under 600 calories. I'd think the most calories come from the bread anyway. Carbs. BUT that doesn't mean you…

I love Tyrion for the various layers he brings to the show. I enjoy the wit. Dany is pretty but her acting is weaker for some reason, I tend her love her simply for the book series and being the "Mother of Dragons". I also like John Snow. I am still reading through the series but ran through the tv series in about 3 days…

I lost 45 lbs in 3 months, just by strict calorie counting alone (1200-1500 calories per day). During that period of time, I wasn't able to work out. Now I work out every day and upped my calories a bit and the weight loss is still happening.

Big nerd. And we are friends already, haha. I love pc and xbox 360. I will play almost anything.

I always worry about people who injest either a lot of sugar or artificial sweetners.

I have a migraine reaction to aspartame (nutrasweet). I tend to use a small amount of splenda or nothing. I'd say my caloric intake for drinks would be less than 100 per day as I drink a ton of water and only occasionally drink milk.

Cute

I sent out a friend request to you :) I think a lot of this is way more emotional and psychological for me than physical. That being said, I have tried a lot of different things as far as diets and feel a "lifestyle change" is a better way of looking at it. Think about what you'll be gaining in confidence, self-esteem,…
-
Yeah I'd like to do this

It may be important to figure out..why are you losing weight? Exam what it is about your boyfriend looking at stuff on the internet that bothers and then address it maybe with him. Communication is really important. It's easy to compare ourselves to others but beauty is also so diverse. Think about what you want from…

I wholeheartedly agree with this.

I thought all of this was really good except maybe the part about your husband looking at other women. I think some men do do this..but do you look at other men? For me, it is also a respect thing..so if you feel horrible when he looks at others..have you brought it up at all? Im simply wondering and not at all trying to…

And this is why I added you as a friend on mfp. Good "advice" hun :)
