I'm 5'2.5" and about 155 lbs. I know I can be less than 120 though. A number is not my goal but rather a very fit physique. My picture is my goal!!!

Remember that fitness is a *lifelong* process, not a destination. Go more by your inches lost and how your clothes fit than just the scale, because you're probably gaining muscle and losing fat (losing 5 inches tells me that's the case). My weight hasn't changed in about a month also, but my body looks better and my…

I'm in the Seward Park area of Seattle and willing to be "friends" on here or meet in RL for a workout. :-)

Hi everyone! I'm in Seattle and happy to meet with anyone in person for a real-life workout. :-)

I'm in Seattle also and would love to exercise with someone else. I'm in the Seward Park neighborhood near the PCC.

This is awesome!! Thanks for sharing! It makes sense to me that one could put on muscle while on a deficit because I'm thinking that the body starts using stored fat for energy and perhaps even building.

Loose skin is due to fat still being under the skin. Skin is very thin. All that stuff hanging that you can grab is fat. See this woman's experience after massive weight loss (not my blog): http://inthefrontofmymind.blogspot.com/2012/01/to-answer-question-of-do-you-have-loose.html

I'm a 36DD. I exercise at home so I just hold them in place. LOL!!!!

You don't look 246 at all! You look well under 200. Are you very tall?
-
Loose skin is a result of excess fat still under the skin. If you continue to get in shape, it will reduce.

I second this! This is merely habit that you have formed. A bad one. Substitute it with movement or just doing nothing but enjoying 30 min or an hour of rest. At first it is hard, but with time and discipline, you will form a better habit. Kandee http://kandeelopez.blogspot.com/

Wow! Amazing life! Faith in God is not blind though. Through the Bible, He's given us many proofs that we can put our faith in Him. All the best, Kandee

I caved and bought mine already! It was SOLD OUT even by the time I had been informed of it by Nike's own email! I signed up for notification, though, and I snatched mine up. Woohoo! I can't wait to get it. Official release is Feb 22. Kandee

As an adult I have always had non-fat milk. BUT, someone pointed out that even this has quite a bit of SUGAR in it and I switched to almond milk, which has about half the sugar and half the calories. In cereal, it's not that different from skim milk.

Same here! I'm 5'2.5" and 163 lbs (74 kgs). I wasn't losing well eating only 1200 cal. When a fit woman told me to increase my caloric intake to 1500 a day, I lost 1.8 lbs (0.8 kgs) in one week! So don't despair, ilikeyourshoes!! :-D

I can see the difference! Woohooo!!!!! Good job!!!!
