The glass scale I own measures weight and body fat, along with keeping track of Hieght/gender/age too. I can't remeber the brand, but it was a bit expensive. I always measure before I eat in the morning, because I don't always eat the same thing ( I think weighing after breakfast will give yo a few lbs difference). As forβ¦

Got a new Work out Sweater - With one of those zipper pockets on the sleeve :) I got it in a size L instead of XL and it looks good too haha. It's in a bright color. Normally I don't wear form fitting clothes in light colors, but this looked too good on me too resist!!

lots of water makes your skin look great :) haha, and a glass of water instead of the pop and juice, yeah that's a fantastic idea. water itself won't help much, but water instead of certain things will show significant results.

I never understood the whole 'You aren't eating enough, so you are going to gain like 50 pounds ' thing this makes much more sense. Obviously you shouldn't starve yourself, but eating low calorie is fine. I mean, how else did you expect to lose weight?

fill up on healthy stuff! 2 cups of veggies at dinner (half a plate) and you will be full!

Well, when I don't take my omega 3 supplements, my hair gets brittle and dry, especially when I forget a few days. Its actually why I started taking them. I could never remember my birth control, that's why I ended up getting an IUD. Thanks! I'll try the phone reminder :)

you could try a program like p90x or insanity, you'll look like you lost 30 lbs - or weight lifting will help tone. 10 lbs a month is pushing it, but reasonable - I wouldn't try to lose a lot fast because you will most likely gain back plus some.

simple. Do whatever you want within calorie limit! want to drink? have a salad for dinner. Want kababs? work out an extra half an hour. I still indulge, but it's all about balance, you want extra calories, you better work for it or make some sacrafices!

I think it's somewhat normal for someone who has drastically changed their diet and began regularly exercising. The weight loss should slow down soon. As long as your not starving yourself, then It's not unhealthy.

I have a dress I got cause it was amazing! And it's in that fabric that clings to your body, but is soft and stretchy, so I technically 'fit; in it right now, but it looks horrendous. I want to wear it on my birthday in 2 months and I am determined to looks sexy in it!

Set mini goals, and reward yourself afterwords :) Like my goals are all in 20 lb increments, So When I reach 200 (my next 20 lb goal) I'm going to get a mani/pedi :) Save the shopping spree for the last 20 lb goal !! Also, try finding some veggies that you like, and keep them around at all times. things like cucumbers,β¦

5.5 ish, 113 pounds and I wear a size 16 right now :/

Munch on cucumbers, celery, cherry tomatoes and other garden veggies. Most have basically no calories, and you can eat until you are stuffed and barely make a dent in your calorie intake :)
