  • I am not a drinker so I have no problem turning down alcohol. When people offer something I do not eat I like to just say "thank you for offering but this doesn't fit into my plan and I've worked to hard to take steps backward now."

  • I'm doing a lower carb plan so I drink the Atkins Advantage shakes that are low carb most mornings for breakfast. I'm not big on eating early in the morning so it is easier to drink a quick shake. I've lost 35 lbs. so far :)

  • I like to take fresh mozzarella, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, fresh basil OR cilantro and a little olive oil and garlic salt. Occasionally I add finely chopped cucumbers but they have been a little bitter this season. Mix it up and enjoy!
