Get back to your healthy eats ways and you will lose those 2 pounds plus more. Don't beat yourself up over it. Everyone needs a cheat meal or even a day to stay sane :) But just don't give up!!

Ok, the $270 package, no. You WILL need the pull up bar, but can get those at Target or somewhere similar. The speed bag thing in the Costco package isn't neccessary and I don't know why they have that in there. I would do the $120 basic package at Beachbody and get the pull up bar. I just got a bodybugg and it registers far lower than my heart rate monitor did when I exercise. But it is awesome that it tracks all my activity all day with 90% accuracy. Said I burned 2,400 cals yesterday (24 hour period)

I love TurboFire also. And Chalene Johnson's programs in general. She is so motivating. I have never done any of Jillian Michael's work outs, but have seen people get good results. However, TurboFire is a 90 day program and Jillian's is only 30, so I would think it would get boring quickly, but again, haven't done that…

If you like something with dance check out TurboFire. I love it!!

I would def suggest to switch it up also....so you and your body don't get bored!! Just look around online and find some that look good and have good reviews.

I just salt and pepper each side then spray a pan with non stick spray and cook each side for a few minutes....maybe 3 min each side. Then squeeze some lemon juice over top. Simple, quick and YUMMY!!!

Turbo Jam is a great way to learn the moves. I know people who are in shape that couldn't keep up with TurboFire. I would say start with Turbo Jam, you will still lose tons and WON'T be dissapointed!!!

If you don't look forward to working out you wont do it. If you don't like plyo def stay away from Insanity! ChaLEAN Extreme is 3 weight days and 2 cardio days. I love the work outs!!! LOVE Chalene!!! She is so motivating!!! Oh, AND it is on sale thru the end of the month!!!

I have to agree here. I eat them on a regular basis at work. I will switch it up with tuna with 1 tbs of light mayo on wheat bread. I drink tons of water so I think the salt flushes out. lol But I am a working mom of 2, and if Lean Cuisine is on sale....I'm buying um!!

Keep your head up!! Me and a co-worker started working out this week. She was down 8 pounds just from diet when we started and she gained 2 pounds. Hi Jennifer. I am also a working mom. It can be hard at times. What I do, is plan out all of my food on here the night before so that is what I pack for work. Are there any foods that you just wont eat or are allergic to? You can view my food diary for ideas also.

I would also get close to 1,000 calories in an hour work out. I am 5'6" 135 pounds.

I have done Turbo Jam for years and just recently moved on to the more intense TurboFire. I love it and get great results from it. Burned 818 calories today in 41 minutes!! Does Zumba have levels like Turbo or Jillian Michael's Shred?

I am ALWAYS over. I think this site suggests too low on it. It says only 54 grams for me. One cup of chicken has 40 grams!! I read up in a lot of fitness magazines and websites and they ALL suggest you eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I weigh 130 and usually get 100-120 grams of protein per day.

I was a 5 in high school, so I know I wont ever be a zero...nor would I want to be. But I need to get rid of the baby fat.....from 2 years ago. LOL
