I've been taking leftover grilled chicken and tossing it in a salad. I also love to keep hard boiled eggs with me for a quick snack. Sandwiches work well too!

I used to use body fortress. I now use Optimum Nutrition whey in double chocolate. It blends better than the others I've tried and tastes like real chocolate.
