*but if you are gonna get it...get vanilla, since they will go well with anything you mix, juice, milk etc.

You cannot go wrong with optimum nutrition. Try the 2lb tub. Though I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on protein powder, especially if you are small build, not trying to gain size. Protein powder alone won't make you tone or gain muscle..People take them to meet their protein intake. if you are small build, it should…

never missed training, on point on diet. 36 days out

well...hello~~

patience...slow and gradual progress. Keep track on daily, and just look back 4 weeks from now. You will see the progress that you made. You just can't tell day to day or week to week, but if you look back 8 weeks ago, huge progress.
-
Good progress. Keep at it with the life time journey!

true...I do have refeed days with higher caloric intake for that day..but that's like every 7~8 days for me.
-
if you plateaued at the current caloric intake, then if you increase..you'll probably gain weight. If I were you, I'd either decrease by 100 calories from carbs or fat..and increase the activity level by some cardio.

does he even lift? if so then no problem.

tracking activity level and caloric intake. Also measuring weight.

I got your back man. We can all keep you in check!

unfortunately, you cannot target fat loss. It has to come off from overall fat mass.

on subway's website..there's calculate your own sandwich feature. You pick what you got on the toppings and it'll sum up the calories and macros. Though any restaurant food is never accurate, it'll do the job.

you can still go out and enjoy meals with friends at restaurants. No need to bring tupper wear and be weird and sacrifice your social life. Just know what you are eating, and how much you are eating. If anything, bring food scale haha. I do.

I use samsung s2, I guess the coolest thing about the app is scanning the barcode and it inputs all the macros.
-
1/2 shell of mini pizza 1serving of fat free cheese 1 serving of pizza sauce 1serving of ham some veggies. total macros 6grams of fat 45 grams of carbs and 35 grams of protein total calories approx 380ish

it's pretty easy to track my macros when I'm out at a restaurant or travelling. But most of the time, I enter my food on computer.
-
slow and steady, but gradual progress

omg that's really crazy, going on a day with just 700 calories? Why are you starving yourself? You might lose weight in the short run, but I guarantee you that you will not able to keep this up, and you will stop dieting, and gain everything back. I think you need to stop worrying about calories, and just track your…

sixpackshortcut works haha not seirous.

Yeah, if you aren't tracking your macronutriets it's very difficult for you to achieve whatever goal you are going for. If you are at 150lb, , I'd say the safe amount to lose is 2lb per week, so maybe max of 20lb within your time frame. Don't do anything extreme that you will not be able to maintain for over time. Yeah, in…
