Today was the first day that I ate all my calories including the exercise calories. I didn't go over but I was just upset. When I get upset I eat. Awesome idea:drinker: I too am a very bad night time muncher........There are a couple of things that I do to curb the urge to eat. One, I do the majority of my exercising in the evening and two I drink lots of coffee, which calms and relaxes me and it works as a filler.

I have found that one serving of most items is quite filling; even though I used to eat way more than a serving of most foods--but when it comes to snacks, like potatoe chips (my down fall) I used to eat A LOT more than one serving. Today was day 7. One week since the start of my diet. I started out at 196 and today weighed in at 192. I am so excited..............Hope I can keep it up.

Keep your head up. This was my first week too. I know it is tough and can be quite depressing. Just remember how good you will feel after a month or two of exercise and dieting and watching those pounds slowly melt away. At least that is how I am looking at it:wink: . We can do this:flowerforyou:

Tomorrow is a new day. It is so easy to get discouraged because dieting and creating a new life style isn't easy.
