I wish i could find her name but yesterday i saw this lady on instagram who was 46 and overweight turn herself into someone who does body building competitions at 50+ it can be done!!
-
I was about 220 and extremely out of shape when i started my weight loss journey and i did 30 day shred that was posted on youtube. I think its a great beginner workout but you obviously have to pace yourself and not try to catch up. You will see an improvement.
-
yes.

My nutritionist put me on a vegan diet although she didnt call it that for 2 weeks and i did feel great but it was hard to sustain. I really do try to limit my animal products.
-
Agreed. I think you are just going to confuse yourself. I for one do something similar to rawtill4 when i go over board on some days. It just helps get back on track.
-
I started at 5'5 215 lbs. I started with 30 day shred and then i moved on to popsugar fitness videos on youtube which has a great variety an it was free! When i felt a little better I started doing beach body workouts. Id definitely check youtube for work outs.

Ive been having a hard time sleeping the last few months and I noticed when I decided to eat fruits and veggies throughout the day and have like a carb/protein at night that my anxiety levels went down enough that I went to sleep normally. Idk if its true or not but Ill go with that.
-
I log my bad days too and ive had like 2 of them this week and Im on tdee but im still under for the week so im not too disappointed in myself.
-
Sometimes ill have two slices of ezekiel cinnamon bread with butter. Yes butter. I measure it all out and it fits my caloric intake for the day. Its like 280 calories. If bread is a trigger food than i guess it makes sense to worry about it. I have other foods I avoid but bread isnt one of them.
-
same. i never had that problem.
-
5'5 175 and wore my heart rate monitor and it said i burned 660 cals.
-
Yep its pretty accurate but you have to add like a food code to get the nutritional value from this guide it came with. I honestly dont even bother because im lazy and it seems like too much work. I measure my food and then log on here.

I use it every day like 4 or 5 times a day. I got mine for Christmas over a year ago and changed the battery once . I have this one: http://www.techfresh.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Perfect-Portions-Digital-Food-Scale.jpg

amazing!! <3

Im doing the free 30 day and so far I like it because I can do turbo fire and brazilian butt lift. Im having trouble using it on anything other than internet explorer. Id give it a try just for the free 30 days.
-
Im also using Jefit dumbbell home work out. I use my HRM and I log it sometimes.
-
Its definitely a mental thing. I have a hard time seeing that I have X amount of calories left in the day. I feel like i HAVE to eat them. Yesterday was one of those days and i basically just ignored my cravings and they actually went away. I normally look at my weekly intake and i normally am under so im not doing so bad.
-
If you are comfortable at that weight than why not? Im 5'5 and 175 ans my goal is 165. When i get to 165 i will see how i feel.
-
Anyone can add me as well. My friends list is dead!
-
Nay for me because it just doesnt sit well with my stomach. I normally go for mint tea.
-
Im getting back into exercise and ive been doing the 10 minute workouts from popsugar fitness on youtube. They have different types of workouts. With and without weights.
-
Veggie pizza slice

Some of these are interesting. I definitely relate to having people notice me more like i never even existed! My first "a-ha" moment was when i realized I could wrap a towel around my body! Its the little things. lol
-
You follow the meal plan and you exercise for 30 minutes a day. I bought it and I like the recipes but its basically just as simple as eating clean and working out for 30 minutes doing what you like.
-
Seriously just tired of struggling to get out of a car or tying my shoelaces!
-
Super interesting. My partner who has no weight issues basically does this naturally. He has a coffee or tea in the morning and doesnt eat until we have dinner at night. I might have to join him!
-
want more friends!
-
I weigh everything when im at home. When I eat out i try my best to eyeball it.
-
I was squeezing into 14s, i probably was a 16 and ive lost about 40lbs and im now a comfortable 12 so maybe you were wearing the wrong size.
