i ate an entire box of trader joe's chocolate hazelnut cookies by myself one night last year....... just looked up the calories.... 1,620... oh god lol

i've found that the scale really demotivates me when it doesn't budge after 2-3 weeks of hard work and clean eating. staying focused on building healthy habits rather than obsessing over changing that stubborn number seems like a really good idea :)!

ooh i've seen a few episodes of that. i noticed they're really big into using the shock factor to scare the people into being healthy. i wish they'd take a slightly different approach in getting them to turn their lives around... like maybe sharing more success stories instead of horror stories from texas

i've started weight loss journeys and given up many times before.. well, if i feel like staying inside rather than exercising outdoors, i tend to just look up workout videos online. try searching "fitnessblender" on youtube. i love them because they show what's going to happen next and also how many calories you're burning DURING the workout.. most of their workouts don't require…
