Come join the "5 habits, 100 days, No pressure" group?

So I just started a group! I am relatively new but this is something I'm going to do myself and I'd like people to swing by and say hi!

The main aim of the group is a serious lack of pressure. I have a basis that you will work on forming 5 healthy habits over 100 days and not to focus on weight loss!! It's really just to help each other stay motivated etc! So anyone whose interested just join the group! It's a health/fitness/healthy food group with no real focus on weight loss goals more of a "Lets eat healthy, exercise regularly but not insanely, and help each other along the way!" kind of thing!

    i've found that the scale really demotivates me when it doesn't budge after 2-3 weeks of hard work and clean eating. staying focused on building healthy habits rather than obsessing over changing that stubborn number seems like a really good idea :)!
