I get the same thing all the time! I upped my fiber intake, i eat fiber cereal and beans,its helped a bit but I found that prunes really help. I hate the taste but I just pop one every morning and like an hour later I am in the Bathroom. (TMI sorry)

I am working on my midsection. I am tiny but its skinny fat. Drives me nuts but honestly i am way better than before. Eating disorder for two years. I am making an effort to eat more and stop fussing about every calorie. I can finally be happy with eating dessert!

I eat every three hours, calorie intake is around 1,200 to 1,300 used to eat like 600 a day. Morning turkey sausage, egg whites, fiber toast.
