so far I love everything I have tried on donteatwheat.com! I have tried the banana bread, quick rolls/hamburger buns, and the pumpkin bread. SOOOO GOOD. she has sooo many recipes. I am not celiac, just gluten inolerant. It makes me nauseous for days :(. good luck!

Your numbers look good! You lift similar to my lifts when I was lifting my sophomore year in high school ( I thought I was pretty strong!) My max in squats, bench, and dead totalled over 600lbs. which I think is impressive :) I just started lifting again after 6 years off on Monday! excited for you!

I am 5'4.5" and I have large bones.. so for me personally anything under 127 is considered under weight. before having kids I sat comfortably between 140-150.. my goal is to be 140 and maintain it!
