I haven't done my workout for today yet but, I just wanted to say that my abs and triceps are KILLING me...I'm definitely feeling it (which is a good thing)! :D

So far so good...Did the first day with my 8 year old daughter....She was able to keep up for the most part. Surprisingly, the planks were the hardest part. lol

I think the exercise is harder for me believe it or not. Eating right I can do with no problem. I just find it so hard to get the motivation to exercise.

I'm on 1000mg of Met a day....I re-started it a week ago (I used to take it for a few years but went a year without it). I've found that it doesn't matter what I eat, I still feel sick. :( I always take it with food but, it doesn't really help. Plus, I find that I have a weird metal taste in my mouth for a couple hours…

I'm also wondering the same thing. I agree that outside seems like more of a workout (maybe it's all the different terrain).

I weigh in once a week and don't really do anything special ahead of time. I want it to be an accurate number so I know if I'm on the right track or need to work harder.
