Hi All I am adding my goals for June 2014 1. Work out at least 5 days a week 2. Burn 500 calories each workout 3. Reach 199 (out of the 200's) by end of June 2014) CW: 204.5lbs 4. Complete 1-2 hikes by June 30th 2014.

Hi there .... just my two cents.... maybe you should try to vary your work out routine... add some yoga... or zumba.... maybe your body is getting used to the existing routine....
