I just reached 613 days of logging so I have every intention on keeping up with it this year. I'm with you!

I LOVE Zumba class! I've done many Zumba DVDs at home, but nothing beats going to class. I definitely work out harder and push myself more when there are other people around. Plus it's just fun and I've met tons of friends this way.

I finish my shred on May 4th, but then I'll dive into RI30 on May 5th! So count me in.

THANK YOU FOR THIS! It's way better than the youtube playlist I've created.

I start level 3 today too. That's encouraging to hear, because level 2 was definitely hard and I finally got to where I could follow Natalie for the duration of it. So, YAY for level 3! Bring it!

Girl I love sweating. It means I'm doing something. Nothing is more satisfying than busting my butt in a workout and feeling the sweat drops just pour off me. :)

The chair squats with V-flies are the WORST!!!!!! I whimper and whine throughout the whole thing. I'm on my last day of level 2 though, so I'm excited to see what's in store for level 3, especially since it seems like people like it better than level 2.

I just bought it to do after my 30day shred workout. I like it a lot. Many of the exercises were things I've never done before, so it was fun and it switches up a lot and stays interesting like the shred.

Holy crap, you look amazing!!

I think you should just stick with it in one go. I remember years ago when I got on an elliptical for the first time, I could barely make 10 minutes and I was DYING and I thought it was insane that anyone could do that thing... But I kept going 10 minutes a day and before I knew it, I could go 60 minutes at a high…

I'm curious about this too. I feel like two workouts would be twice as good, but your body might get used to the moves and have it not be as affective. You could do level 1 in the morning and level 2 or 3 in the afternoon though..

I'm on day 9 of level 1. I started with 5lbs but yesterday they had gotten too easy so I upped it to 8lbs. It feels like a way better workout now. Depending on the exercises in level 2, I might go back to 5 for a while.

I'm on day 6 of level1 and honestly, the success stories on here are the ONLY thing keeping me motivated to keep pressing play every day. It's only been six days, but my scale goes down a tiny bit every day, my legs are looking WAY more toned and less jiggly, and I feel awesome. I know it'll be worth it, so I'm going to…

Cake day at work used to be my favorite day. Now I hate it! Stay Strong!

I gained a TON of weight on prednisone.. and as soon as I stopped taking it, all that weight just fell off with literally no effort on my part.. I think it's water weight. If you're doing everything else correctly, I'd give it time.. that prednisone totally SUCKS.

You look great! Good work!
-
Zumba for 2 hours.
-
My goal is to be a fit/toned 140
-
You look GREAT! Way to go! (And your fiance is beautiful!)

My tip is to FORCE yourself to eat right for a week or two. Yes, you'll suffer and yes it'll suck, but I swear after I made myself eat healthy, it's like it triggered a change in my brain and now I can easily eat healthy.

I feel the SAME way. However, once my kid turned 7, she started loving going to the kid's club at my gym and now she begs me to go to the gym every day. I lost the guilt since she's having fun, and its only for an hour or so, and it gets us both out of the house and off the couch! Maybe when your son is older, it'll be…

I love tanning as well. It makes me look thinner, WAY thinner, and right now is the time I hit up the tanning salon so when summer comes around, I won't have to worry about getting burned. I spend a lot of time outside. Yeah, there's a risk of cancer, but honestly what doesn't give you cancer these days?

You're doing the right thing, for you and especially for your daughter. I'm recently divorced for very similar issues.. It's hard at first but believe me, in the end it's worth it for your own sanity and happiness. *Hugs* Feel free to message me if you need to talk/vent :)

So, so true!

I just suck it up and venture over there. Most of the guys are nice, or will just ignore you. My fitness means more to me than feeling like an idiot in front of them. who knows, maybe you'll make friends!

I've been going for over a year now, and I LOVE zumba! My advice is to not give up even if your first few classes are really hard. You'll catch on to the dances and become really good at it. Also, try other instructors as they all have different styles and you may like one more than another.

I don't know the details, but my friend has a polar HRM and hers did the same thing. She sent it back to them and they fixed it, so you should look into that and see if it's under warranty or something.

I read somewhere that she said she got in trouble for sneaking in a bag of Cheetos to her Karate class and that's when she knew she had to change. She's very inspiring!

I'm with you girl! I hovered around 140 for the longest time and just assumed I was still there after 4 years of a desk job. Next thing I knew, I was 165 and wondering how the heck those 25lbs got there.
-
Awesome! Keep it up!
