30 day shred, level 3--what do you got for me?!

Ok, I'm about to start my last 10 days of the 30 day shred....what can I expect? Am I going to feel like I want to kill myself!? Will this be where my biggest results will come from? What motivational words did you tell yourself? Anything! Lol. Any before and after pics you may have would be awesome motivation as well.

    I found level 2 harder.

    Really??? I hope I do, too lol. What about your results, though? Did level 3 bring anything extra/more that you noticed?

    Level 3 is more core based with a lot more resistance jumps, to me it felt like it was concentrating on that area.

    I agree with above post........ Level 2 seemed harder cardio wise. Whereas level 3 was more concentrated strength. I've noticed my love handles slowly getting smaller- maybe because of the side planks?

    I start level 3 today too. That's encouraging to hear, because level 2 was definitely hard and I finally got to where I could follow Natalie for the duration of it. So, YAY for level 3! Bring it!
