Well I'm 5'4" and my goal is to get down to 140-145lbs. I'm big boned, literally, so I don't think I can get farther down than that! What is your goal?0

IM 5'3 AND I WEIGHED 138 LAST SUMMER AND MY BODY WAS SMOKEIN. SO I WOULD SAY AROUND THAT BUT I WEIGHED 140 THEN WENT DOWN TO 138 AND THOSE EXTRA FEW POUNDS MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I CAN EMAIL YOU SOME PICS IF YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT 138 LOOKS LIKE.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is set at 130 lbs, BUT I care more about my body fat % and the way my clothes look. Hoping to get down to 18%-20% body fat and a size 4 I'm at 153 lbs, 33% body fat, and a size 10 so I've got some more work to do!0

I'm 5'3" and I think I would be fine with weighing 135. I plan to re-evaluate once I'm there. I would love to get down to 125 if I think it will look good on me. We shall see.0

I'm 5'2.5" and mine is 130-140 not sure yet, because I'm doing heavy lifting, so it will all depend on how I feel when I get closer, I'm at 158 now.0

My goal is 133 lbs and I'm 5ft 3.5 in. I weighed 117 lbs five years ago and just couldn't maintain that weight without significant exercise and if I am honest I looked too thin, I'm medium boned. I think I look my best at around 126 lbs.
After being 117lbs I blossomed to a whopping 184 lbs thanks to an alcohol problem.0 -
I'm 5'3" and right now my goal is 139.5lbs - that way, I can officially say that I lost 75lbs, am technically in the 130's and will be in the healthy BMI range. However, I'm going to re-evaluate once I get there because I think I might want to lose another 5-10lbs. I only have 15.5lbs left to go!0

I'm 5'3". My original goal was to be 105 (starting weight 138). BUT since I've started weight training, I don't even care about the weight anymore, as long as my body fat is under 18%. If I had to guess, that would probably be somewhere between 110-120.
ETA: Spent most of my life between 105-110. Shot up 142 when I was pregnant with my son, and never lost it. It's been 4 years...:sad:0 -

at 5.2 and a half I got down to 115lb but still have a high percent of flab. I think 110 would be ideal.

I'm 5' almost 3". Started at 130#. Thought I'd aim for 115#, but think if I'm going to get stronger, then the weight itself doesn't matter - I'd prefer a hot body (with abs) for swimsuit season.0 -
I'm 5'3" and my official 'goal' weight is 135. I'll have to wait and see what I look like anywhere from 140-125 though and would be happy with anything in that range as long as I felt good about the way I look.0

I'm a almost 5'4'' and my goal weight is 115. My sister was 108 last summer and she looked too skinny, but I'm 133 and have a ways to go!0

I'm 5'3" and I think my goal is 145 ish, I am at 176 right now, and I have lost 107 pounds already. I have no idea though on the specific number. When I get there and feel good and don't have to spend everyday at the gym and obsessing over every bite, and not gain, then I will be at goal0

I'm not so much as big on the number on the scale as my size jeans/how my clothes fit. My goal is 115, BUT I do know in high school I was a competitive swimmer and I weighed between 115-118 and looked absolutely too thin, BUT I was a size 0 and a ton of muscle. My goal is to be a comfortable size 2 (I'm a 4/6 right now) and to feel comfortable and look good in my clothes, BUT I also have a very petite frame and bone structure, so a size 2 may not be reasonable for all people. I have plenty of friends who I think look amazing and are a 6/8 and the same height as me, it just all depends on your body shape and bone structure. I would ultimately say pick around 135-130 to start with and then go from there, and don't be obsessed with the number on the scale! Its all about how you feel in your clothes and what you're comfortable with, not necessarily the number on the scale!0

I'm 40 years old with three kids...I'm small boned, and I'm setting my goal at 125. Would love to be a bit lower, but I suspect my pre-pregnancy 110 is a vain goal. I'll be happy to be muffin-top free and toned.
Very pleased to see that, only a few pounds in, most of my pants (usually size 6-8 petite) are loose!0
