Also - I know I have 1 tablespoon of sugar during breakfast, I'm gradually cutting it down, it used to be 2 :/

You could have been eating a lot of sodium recently. Or perhaps its that TOTM, I am usually bloated 2 weeks of the month, getting gradually worse until the TOTM actually starts.

I'm friends with one of my exs. The friendship is nowhere near as close as it used to be, but we can still hangout if we're in a group of other friends and have fun. We try to never hang out alone though, that would probably get weird. The friendship is really just slightly more than having an acquaintance though.

It looks like you are changing too much day by day. Try consistently being around your goal calorie intake. One day you seem to be over and the next you only net around 600 calories. Evening yourself out will give your body a chance to get into a weight loss routine.

Open up your food diary. Maybe it's something you're eating.

Just drink lots of water and stay at it. You might gain a little this week, but it'll be back off before you know it. Surely those camping memories with your kids will be worth it anyway :) You should open up your food diary so people on this message board can give better advice too! ;)

I think it depends on how much you get your heart rate up. If you feel you are giving 100% then it may well be worth it. Maybe you can mix in a long session on one of your days off too. Invite friends/family and go to zumba or something to mix it up! :)

Just spent 15 minutes browsing eatingwell.com. Looks amazing! Can't wait to try these, and they have 7 day and 28 day plans on different calorie levels. Awesome!

1750 calories! Attempting around 250 calories/day average burn :) Realistic and attainable!

Eat a high carb dinner the night before (rice, pasta, etc.). Then on the morning of the run drink lots of water (make sure you have a bathroom break just before the race though) and eat a banana or some whole wheat toast with light spread. Also, have a protein bar or granola bar ready for a post race snack just after you…

I don't have much time either outside of work. I usually have one big shop a week and get lots of fresh fruit and veg. Each week I try to mix it up so I don't get bored with my snacks too. Baby carrots, apples, pears, oranges, mandarins, plums, apricots, kiwis. Strawberries and grapes are a great desk snack too. Other than…
