I'm aware it has 0 protein and no I don't have allergies. I just see it as a way to eat my cereal with almost 0 calories compared to the 150 or so in whole milk. I'll see how I get on I guess.

Just because I've been eating at 1750-1880 every day since June 1st when I started this journey for the final time. The formula for walking is weight in lbsx0.3xmiles walked. I average 2300 steps per mile. Based on that 12700 steps is 5.5 miles for me.

MFP works on the stats you've provided and gives you a daily calorific goal to reach a certain goal weight. Exercise calories are added seperately meaning that if you just eat the daily allowance without exercise you'll still lose the desired weight. Lol it's all experimental. At a guess thinking back to the dark old days I'd imagine I'd have eaten upwards of 8000 calories some days and I'm sure many would admit to it too. Whole packs of cookies at about 65 per cookie x 24 or whatever they are on top of a fried breakfast and big lunches and dinners. Scary.

Well my TDEE is 2660 (34, M, 241lbs) and this week I've eaten at a deficit from that of 850, 736, 587, 771, 925 and 669. That's a deficit of around 4500 (no calculator to hand) with yesterday's surplus of around 900 that reduces the deficit to approx. 3600. Yes I've updated my lower weigh ins each time in progress but haven't noticed any difference my calories have and always have been 1870.

It might mask your try weight loss as sodium can stall the scale but if you stick to your goals LONG TERM it won't be a problem. Enjoy them 😁

Your GW is 230? You should be eating upwards of 1700. Don't undereat.

Funnily enough I'm the opposite. Before I started again and my diet was processed and cheap I'd literally poo once or twice a day. I'm thinking it's a case of less in less out? I'm.happy with my fibre so I'm guessing it is. I'm.not constipated just less regular now.
