are you drinking enough water? also if you are not eating enough then you won't lose weight. make your food diary public for more feedback

I eat a pack of oatmeal and maybe an apple before my workouts. Then after workout its a protein drink so I don't go overboard.

well i was putting at general circuit training for 25 mins and it gave me my calories burned then i got a heart rate moniter and it was pretty close to the same

yes , probably not eating enough or not drinking enough water to flush it all out. i also tend to stay away from carbs at bedtime since you have no time to burn them. i burn about 700 calories a day working out either cardio or weights. i use high support champion from acadamy. usually 35 a piece but well worth it when i run. im a dd and they hold me good.

working out in the morning seems to give me more energy throughout my day. i notice it on weekends when i sleep in i feel tired all day not matter what time i workout on the weekends. i feel better with the morning workouts. blast your favorite music and just know its worth it.

well the scales isn't moving to well for me. 10lbs in almost 50 days just seems super slow to me when i am burning like 800 calories a day at the gym so i thought i might try the ww thing too.
