  • Yes, you'll want to try and hit a NET of 1200 on the days you do a lot of exercise or you won't be fueling your body enough.
  • Hmm. I dont know what to tell you since I am not a mother, but I remember my friend after she had a baby, every time she would hear a baby cry it would make her lactate? Just a thought. It's probably a primal instinct, babies crying may mean they are ready to be fed so our bodies start getting ready for it.

  • for tortilla options, try to find La tortilla factory 100 tortillas! they have them in whole wheat or regular and have 8 grams of fiber. i eat them all the time because i love me a breakfast burrito, or sometime i'll even make a wrap. happy hunting!

  • Natural Peanut butter is also good (and it'll get your protein up too) 2 tablespoons are 190 cals. Spread on a rice cake or, slice of bread, banana, celery, etc. Mmm. now I want some!   • I usually do 20 min circuit training. Seems to be about right. Hope that helps
  • I mean i havent done the lower body and upper body yet. haha
  • i like it. I have done the section with lower body & upper body, but the last chance is about 25 minutes and it's pretty effective. each circuit is 30 seconds or so and you rotate between strength and cardio just back and forth for those 25 minutes. If you have ondemand, its on there under the biggest loser workout :)
  • NMTZ isnt on on demand any more (Quick NMTZ is, boo) and that's the only dvd I don't have :( So instead, yesterday I did 'last chance' workout. Today is day 4 and I'm doing Shred level 1. BFBM tomorrow. Yay. week one is almost done :)
