Hi there. Well done you for tackling your bulimia. Some things that MAY help are: - getting a full health check up - tackling the black and white mindset that goes with the illness - stop punishing yourself for eating by purging/restricting (this always ends in failure) - using my fitness pal as a tool for eating healthily…

I would suggest dialling it back..cutting back your exercise, reducing your calorie deficit. Have fun. Do the exercise you want to do. My current weightloss is at to 0.25 kg per week and it is EASY, painless. My results will be slow but also feel fast because it is so painless. If yo only have a bit to lose I highly…

I think that you need to be kinder to yourself for starters. It sounds to me like you have gained a bit of weight..beat yourself up about it..and am exhausting yourself trying to lose weight asap. You will burn out. It doesn'thave to be hard and exhausting..you don't have to drag yourself out of bed and you don't have to…

its pretty normal. i think you will even find a post online of fitness professionals etc demonstrating there end of day food babies. very normal.

I find that an awesome stress killer is a gym work out or a walk. taking whatever is annoying you out of your system

You need to start with a good basic strength building program. Bulking and cutting are the more extreme versions of body building. have a look at body building.com for some good start plans. to my untrained eye you appear untrained (lol). I think that you will find with a decent strength routine that you will notice some…

it is not unusual to binge eat particularly if you are restricting calories. i think that focusing on the binge eating can in fact increase the likelyhood of the behaviour continuing. You need to move on from that chapter in your life. i have actually found calorie counting around the maintenance mark helpful in preventing…

Good for you for side tracking your desire to overeat with a healthier alternative. Don't be so hard on yourself. It wont always be this difficult. You will probably fart like a crazy thing. Be kind to yourself :) Lots of people overeat when they are tired, stressed or anxious.

drinking lots of water has helped me funnilhy enough. also ample protein and carbs

Congratulations on the pregnancy! Try not to freak out. I would recommend eating healthily and second the midwife or doctor for advice.

I find weight lifting can make me really hungry. I also think that you can add 'water weight' after doing resistance training as your 'damaged' muscles hold on to more water temporarily. Also restriction usually leads to eating more this is normal so restricting is not helpful. I would say be kinder on yourself and give it…

It is normal for males to be able to eat more and stay slim. Unfortunately fact of life lol. It sounds like you may be a bit depressed. Your weight is not your worth. It is also completely normal to put on a bit of weight when you move in with your man. Be kind to yourself. Being mean to yourself will not help you at all.…

I find protein bars helpful at times as a easy filling snack. I find the high protein helps keep me full. Not a supplement as such I suppose. I have also found a high protein low sugar muesli bar that i really enjoy (nut based) that I find filling and yummyu

sometimes it pays to focus on the big picture. If you make small changes over time you will get results. If you try and make big unsustainable changes you will fail, repeatedly and beat yourself up. Make small changes consistently, enjoy life and change will happen..slowly perhaps but it will happen

First few weeks and months are about survival lol after a baby. I would highly recommend meal prep healthy meals before birth. Walk with babe.

if she wishes to maintain her new weight and lifestyle she needs to create new habits. obviously living on tea is not sustainable or healthy longterm. Perhaps your friend could start a new hobby, take up some fitness classes or somewhat and work on her 'new and improved self image

How tedious that you have been dieting since you were sixteen and are now seventy and are still overthinking it. If you eat more your body needs you will put on weight and less you will lose weight. Clearly dieting has not worked for you in the long term as it does not for most. I suggest a lifestyle change and an attitude…

boiled eggs, high protein yoghurt, homemade protein shake (milk and yoghurt),commecial premade shakes, tinned chicken on a slice of low carb bread

i am inclined to say EAT more. The is no point trying to keep too high a deficient if you are going to blow it daily and keep spinning your wheels. Eat more. Eat more of the foods you enjoy also within your calorie budget
