Hey guys I have recently made it to goal weight... just wondering if anyone has any tips to tone the wobbly core

lose a bit more weight, wobbly core means tummy fat. however keep in mind that you are a woman and it is normal to have some jiggle

Core strengthening excercises - planks, yoga, etc help0

Depending on your stats, you may want to look into recomp to maintain your weight and lose fat and gain muscle over time, see this thread for more info:

If you still have weight to lose and aren't close to the lower end of a healthy weight for your height, you can also continue to eat in a small deficit.
