  • I do all of my cooking for the week on Sunday. I make my menu and grocery list on Thursdays and I do the shopping on Friday afternoons after work. I take my lunch and am a low carber and seperate all my meals out after they are cooked according to my menu. I buy large packs of chicken breast, fresh salmon, shrimp, and…
  • I am impressed in regards to changing your life healthier.......I am a little worried about your fingernail polish addiction though.....AHHAAH. CONGRATS!
  • Also don't buy those at GNC, that is way over priced. Go to a vitamin store. GOOD LUCK TO YOU. You do look very good just the way you are.
  • Do you lift? If not, I would start there. In addition, there are 2 supplements that I would recommend that would be TBOMB and a protein shake called SUPERPUMP.
  • An accountant for a race car driver in Charlotte, NC!!!
  • I don't think you are being a jerk at all. Your boy (your family) should be doing all that they can to help you reach the goals that you have set for yourself. If he had a set goal, would you do what you could to help him? Of course you would mom. THAT being said, explain it just the way you explained it to us. Why…
  • There is a review of the Body Revoloution on YOU TUBE. We had some people here to review it and said that it was Jillians only terrible DVD. They hated the camera angles and if you look at the review you will see what they mean. If I were you, I would go with Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Body. You can break it down and do a…
  • If you want it bad enough, you will put in the work. _ Jeanette Jenkins

  • Actually, I love Jillian and I too, have knee issues. I have had a lot of success with her "No More Trouble Zones" and also with Shaun T's Rocking Body. There isn't alot of jumping but with the first one, there is alot of concentrated floor exercises and I have had fabulous results in my shape.
  • Word that make me cringe: burpees!!
  • When she says something about your healthy lifestyle just ask her a simple question........"why would you make fun of my lifestyle when you know what it means to me? Do you not want me to realize the goals that I have set for myself?" Get her to think.
  • HEY DAKOTA! You should try it. It's awesome. She goes slow enough that you can slow down and get your form right, and if you get tired you can stop for a 5 beat as she says. I had GREAT results with her 90 day shred last year and lost almost 40 pounds because I followed a strict low carb diet too. It took me about a week…
  • What do WE think? What do YOU think? Just thinking about how determined you must have been brought TEARS to my eyes. You are truly an inspiration and WAY TO GO. I am VERY impressed.
  • VERY GOOD POINT!!! I don't eat dressing so that is never an issue with me but their chop chicken salad is good too, but I don't know about the nutrition content. It's been a while since I have been there.
  • You are going to think I am crazy but that is fine. I love wheat bread, myself, but until I lose my weight, i eat my sandwiches on Romaine Lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves. I love the flavor and that way I can spend my calories on something I like better, like cheese. LOL. But of course, it's a personal choice!
  • That's really good advice. I am switching my weigh in to Friday!
  • NAT you are so not alone here. What has worked for me in the past is planning every meal. I make three meals a day when the family is always together and they are not DOWN with a plate full of veggies. I love beer, so I save some of my calories through the week, by not meeting my limit and I allow myself to eat like a…
  • Because of Jillians 3-2-1 approach, I think we all pretty much catorgorize it as CIRCUIT TRAINING? At least I do. Anyone else?
  • Thank you Tina! I love all the Biggest Losers and most of their DVDS, and I have quite a few of Jillians. Her 30 day shred level 3 is PERFECT when you are short on time and you need the maintenance or a break from a more strenuous routine. But I love her workouts so much you can bet I will be getting this. My favorite…
  • I am on a low carb diet, and I love cheese. TOTM, I crave cheese, mac and cheese or pizza. I don't crave sweets though. Just something cheesy and ultra fattening. Usually I will make my mac and cheese and stick to the serving size.......but it's hard.
  • Salmon, chicken breasts, Swai fillets, spinach, eggs, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, cheese, milk, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatos.
  • I have a desk job and get up at 4:30 already to get my workouts in so I have to have something ready to go. I like to make a quiche on sundays and cut in servings and eat at my desk. I can make one quiche and it lasts for 8 days. Right now it's spinach and sausage.
  • Happy Birthday girl, I am AMAZED at the kind of determination and willpower that must have taken. YOU BRING SEXY BACK, YEAH!
  • With that much weight lost.....baby you SHOULD. Congrats!
  • I am super impressed, and inspried. you are beatiful! Keep up the awesome work, props to you I know it isn't easy.
  • HI EMMA: All hope is not lost. I had a 10 lb 2 oz baby and an emergency C section left me with a vertical scar from my naval to my pubic bone. I won't say that my tummy is completely flat because of the scar, but I definitely can see a huge difference since I started working out. Abs are the HARDEST area to get but…
  • It's easy to determine. One kg is the equivalent of 2.20462 pounds. So you have lost about 6.61386 pounds. We round it off so in USA you have lost 6.6 pounds in 2 weeks. That's quite impressive.
