It's been a good motivator for me. I do a fair share of gaming, so the idea of leveling myself up speaks to me. Plus it saves your stats, so you can see your progress with certain exercises. I wish they'd hook up with MFP so that I don't have to log my weight and workout twice, but whatever.

I get FURIOUS at myself when I am adding/subtracting weight. I don't know why I have trouble with "weight math". Yesterday I yelled the math as I was doing it in my head. On my last cheat day I went to two chili cookoffs and a wild game cook off. Polished it off with a bag of cupcake goldfish when I went home. Consumed over 6000 calories. The day after I did Plyo X, 2 insanity dvds, my ab workout and my shoulder work out. Ab day after 2 chili cookoffs... No open flames.
