I had the flu and am feeling better but have no apatite. I have had less then 200 calories in the past two days is this going yo throw my body in to starvation mode?

Is the whole Starvation mode issue addressed in any of the sticky topics (guide to a road map, etc)? Having one of those to link to would be great.
But, to answer the question, no. Basically you need to be severely malnourished for a very long period of time (several months, at least) in order for full-on starvation mode kicks in. And even then, it's a comparably small loss of calorie usage.0 -
