Thanks everyone, I would weigh my clothes at home, but my scale is so messed up it doesn't even register. I know I have lost weight, according to the gym scale with my clothes on, but I weighed myself as soon as I got home, naked.... and it said I was 4 lbs heavier.. so that scale is going in the trash, it was a cheap one…

Do what you feel is right for you, everyone is different in their capabilities. If what you are doing is working, then keep with it. Once you see your progress slowing, change it up. It's all about you, not them.... and let them know it!!! Best of luck!

Elliptical burns a lot of calories. I've been told you should keep your heart rate up for 20-30 minutes in order to loose weight. I do the elliptical for 20 minutes (usually burn between 250-350 calories on my HRM), then hop on the bike for 15-20 mins because I don't really care for the treadmill, and then I do some…

Welcome to MFP and congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm planning on getting pregnant again after I lose35-40lbs, and will continue to exercise during my pregnancy, so hopefully if will be easier this time around!

I've been over on protein a lot lately too. Especially when I workout really hard... I figure if I put in a lot of effort at the gym that my muscles need it!

I also have a Polar FT4 and I love it! I just search for the cardio/exercise that I've done and manually enter it. I've found that what MFP says I burn during my workouts is usually about 250 more calories than I actually burn, so it's really helped me change my workouts. It's a great investment, definitely worth the money!
