Can I join this wonderful challenge? I realize my 100 days will take me into next year. I love a running jump instead of waiting until January 1st. I so agree with how important exercise daily pushes me into a healthier me. Day 1- 30 day circuit training 21 minutes; 10,150 steps

I missed typing in yesterday - I did 30 minutes walking and 27 with 30 Day Shred (Day 5) Today I did (270) minutes walking / shopping - 27 minutes with 30 Day Shred (Day 6) getting easier - still doing beginner but can feel a difference.

20 of a 30 minute dog walk - the last 10 minutes are for this evening C2k5 completed - Week 1 (kicking my butt) 30 Day Shred - Day 3 or 4 - I've got to look back; I would almost have to say it is winning - it kicked my butt pretty good today too.

Just did day 2 - the bicycle move towards the end about killed me. Jillian is great with telling you to keep working through the pain. This is a great workout!
