I'd say that you probably aren't as hungry as you think you are. You may just need more than 2 liters of water. Especially if you are exercising as well. I'd say take it up to 3. Most of the time we aren't hungry, the body just needs water.

I would hope so but the answer is probably no.

I run on a modified schedule. i usually get in about 150 or more miles per month but I only run 20 days out of the month. Rest is important but if you feel good go for it. If I am sore I will go for a shorter run and do a lot of stretching. Everyone is a little different so it's up to you and how you feel. I would say that…

I have one that fortunately I don't have to pay for. Of course that means working on her time but I'm willing to do that. We all reach points that go beyond our knowledge of self and the body. Having someone introduce you to new methods to break through a plateau and even reach parts of the body that you wouldn't be able…

That struggle is one I continue to struggle with and I've lost over 100lbs, 10 pant sizes and 4 shirt sizes. You saw yourself in a light when you were heavy too. You probably didn't even notice how big you had gotten, I know I didn't notice. It's crazy what the mind can show you. Sometimes we just see what we want to see.…

I don't do them at the same time unless it's necessary. I do cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. I can never find the energy to give both the attention they need for success if I do it all at once. Cardio usually lasts about an hour and weights about an hour. So I break it up. Most of my friends do both. 20…

65 - 70 is ideal. I'll take 80 over 30 tho. Hottest ever 102, coldest ever 9 a few days ago

Weight is such a touchy subject. You never know what peoples intentions are with how they look. You wouldn't want them to say "hey you look fat, are you gaining weight..." so some people take notice and then they will ask a friend or something. All that really matters is that you notice and you are happy. What everyone…

Another success story ... This is awesome. Great job.

Buy running gear. This will at least make you feel obligated to do it. Don't buy expensive stuff either, you are just going to sweat and if you continue it will be too big in a month or so anyways. Start slow. Run as much as you can but learn to breathe through your nose and out of your mouth. Controlling breathing is half…

I learned a long time ago to listen to my body. Taking a few days off won't hurt you. Think big picture. If you feel obligated to do something, stay within reason.
