I don't need to gain serious height though some silly height would be nice but with all these resolutioners around not really committed to height gains I am getting frustrated. Not that I am serious height shaming or wanting to selectively add height.

It helps with body positioning and form, it helps with ankle flexibility, if you don't have a strong kick it promotes using your legs/helps your kick which would in theory burn more calories. I wouldn't say it is easier on the legs but you will feel like you are moving faster through the water. They also say it helps with…

I still have trouble seeing my weight loss when I look in the mirror, but I see it when my body achieves something physically that I know it couldn't before. Running two miles and then three and then five, or being proud of biking 5 miles, the 15, then 30. I can clearly see those things! I definitely feel like a new person.

Not sure if a t-shirtwould work and you may scarifce form if it isn't fitted but I see people at my pool train with a swim parachute to increase strength! Not as cheap as a t - shirt but a good tool.

Low and slow!! Get comfortable with some solid mileage and then play with some fun interval training. *the use of the word fun isn the above is highly questionable.

Not sure about fluid retention, but I love my compression socks for recovery after tough workouts, invest in good ones! Mine socks were about $50. 2XU brand, Be sure to check the size guide, you might have to measure your calves to be sure to get the proper fit.

Weight is on your body, but the image is in your head. I struggled/still struggle with the same thing. I found finding a healthy goal that is not tied to how you look but what your healthy body and you can accomplish and gives you a self esteem boosting confidence...sign up to do a race or a triathlon! The training and the…

Add me to this list. The crazy diet of food in/exercise out seems to be catching on...expect it on Dr. Oz soon! :)

IMHO you are too focused on what you can't have food wise. My husband is an incredible professional chef and I knew early on in my weight loss journey I would not be able to restrict what I eat and have long term success, so I moved my butt. I use to hate to exercise, but I liked to eat more...so I made a choice. In time,…

I am training for my first one in October! I liked the layout of this free guide/training program: http://www.trinewbies.com/tno_trainingprograms/10wtp.pdf As a wakeboarder and skier that grew up in the lake, I thought I could handle the swim part by watching videos on technique and just spending time doing laps in the…

I will be sure to ask for that the next time I am at Chick fil a :)

I think the point may have been missed by some, it wasn't that the dressing had fat, if that was my concern i would have selected a fat free dressing, it was the amount in relation to the size. I am all for good fats, but if I am consuming nearly 30% of a traditionally recommend value of fat, I would rather make that…

Very insightful, I can't believe such a nugget of wisdom was free! My point was that apple cider vinegar has no calories, so the name apple cider vinaigrette was a quite misleading as it was not called "More Soy Bean Oil in a 2oz serving than order of fries dressing"

? Is that some sort of smoothie? How many times a day can I drink it? Can I add vodka to it? Is it creamy enough to dip my fries in? You can't just halfway put information on the internet and expect me to research the rest myself? Rude.
