I'm not quite at my goal height yet, but soon, hopefully.

I've reached my height goal! Really just working on maintaining at this point. It's challenging, but I'm fairly confident that I can do it0

I try to hang upside down by my ankles 4 hrs a day and only wear 8" heels.
Am I wearing too many inches?0 -

Definitely. I plateaued for quite some time and then I did a cleanse and BOOM! like that I busted through and cruised on to goal :drinker:0 -

I don't need to gain serious height though some silly height would be nice but with all these resolutioners around not really committed to height gains I am getting frustrated.
Not that I am serious height shaming or wanting to selectively add height.0 -

you know, you are going to have to let him go eventually.0 -
According to my calculations, I need to gain 8 inches... it just feels like an insurmountable number0
-
Have you tried asking your beachbody coach?0
-
I do.
You should avoid squats because putting weight on your back compresses your spine and favor round-backed deadlifts with light weight (so you don't hurt yourself!) 5x25 and superset the RBDLs with chin-up bar full extension hangs with a weight belt- 3x5minutes.0
