Does anyone know when to stop consuming 2500-3000 calories? What happens once the weight is met? How many calories should be consumed?
-
But why do I gain off of so little calories compared to other recoveries?
-
I upped it from 1200 and the maintamence is 1400 calories but I am not sure what is considered healthy. Do I reach 2500 calories per day? The weight gain was temporary? How does that work? Lol

I got that number from tdee online calculators and I input as sedentary so that when I go on the treadmill I can eat those calories I burned back daily lol for example I burn 300 that day on the treadmill and I'll eat 1500 that day :)
-
I walk on the treadmill every day for at least an hour and Dirtbike on weekends, would that cause fat gain? Cuz I'm terrible at lifting weights lol

1850 per day? Thank you for your response! :)

I'm a bit confused by what you mean so if eating 1500 calories then the body did not burn off the extra 300 if that's how much would be burned? Lol
