So I really want a shake from arbys and I went on their website and their nutrition calculator shows 690 calories for a 22 oz and 470 calories for a 16 oz. then their PDF nutrition list on their site shows 470 calories for 22 oz and 380 for the 16 oz. which one should I follow? Apparently both are up to date?

I would either ask them or use the higher one (as a buffer, if you're trying to lose weight)
What kind of shake is this?0 -
