M-F I do 16:8 fasting schedule. I will do a 24 hr fast about once every 2 wks. I don't fast at all on weekends. Basically I am just not that hungry in the mornings. I am so busy that I don't think about eating. I have more free time on weekends so that means more time to think about & prepare food.
