I have had a good week. I Joined our local women can run program back in March and signed up to do a 5k next Saturday. 2 cups kale 1/4 c. Each- blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and pineapple 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops SP COMLETE non dairy protein powder 1 TBSP ground flaxseed One inch peeled ginger Just over 300 calories Fills me up until lunch.

Add in one half tsp honey and one tsp or two of cocoa powder. Tastes like pudding. Also good with a ground flaxseed.

Same thing every day. Protein smoothie w/flaxseed, kale, pineapple, banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, freshly grated ginger root and almond milk. (Total of 1 of cup fruit) equals about 325 calories
