i don't understand portions when it comes to these foods - ketchup chips - gummy candy (especially those red big feet or swedish berries) - nutella - sweet potato fries - hummus - fresh bread - smoked salmon - anything with caramel - mexican food oh now i want tacos!

i've tried chamomile but i find sometimes it doesnt cut it. when i can't control it for whatever reason i take a liquid valerian supplement. it's sold in most vitamin/supplement sections. talk to your doctor though!

i definitely under-eat while stressed out along with sleep deprivation it really sucks. I deal with it by eating small things as much as possible like even spoons of peanut butter no matter how long it takes me to finish it. That and smoothies loaded with veggies and protein make taking in the food much easier. hope you've…

I didn't see a change until 5 weeks in. I had to compare before and afters to even notice a difference since i felt the exact same. The change was only in my stomach and that was 10lbs down.

All summer I made kale smoothies for breakfast and it was fabulous!
