If you subscribe to XM Radio they have a station called BPM which is good beats for working out! I have a subscription and it's only $10.00/Month! IF you get internet on your phone I hook mine up to my treadmill and play PANDORA through that with whatever genre of music I am in the mood for.0

Hello ! I like music that keeps you going and makes you want to dance when I workout . If your like me then try reggaeton ( I'm not Hispanic) and you don't even have to understand it , the beat is great and will keep you motivated and not even want to stop. I use it especially for running or jogging . Try it out and let me know what you think .
