Hi, I am having more cravings then I have had in a long time and I am about 15 pounds away from goal. I just try to remind myself of how good I feel now, how much better I look and that the food is only going to be a moment of a good feeling but compliments that I get from friends, the feeling when I look in the mirror and…

Hi! It will get easier. You have to look at it as a life syle change. It will not be a quick fix overnight but instead a long journey where some days will be easier than others. Don't be ashamed. But do not feel bad to say, only one brownie for me next time. You have control over what you eat and people will push food onto you and youhave to be the one to say no. You won't hurt feelings. Not a big deal, you will be back at it tomorrow!

I decided that my kids will understand if I leave them with my husband to go for a run. It was hard for me. I by no means have the stress you have but I was battling the feeling of bad mom. Do it for yourself…

Have you tried switching your runs up. I found that worked for me. I was running inside and then began running outside, larger calorie burn and harder on my muscles. Weight loss jumped a bit then, like a new kick start?! Just a thought.

Hi there! You can do this. Once you change your thinking and you start seeing your body changing it becomes the only motivation you need! Make a plan, small goals and stick to it. Log in the morning and change through the day as needed... pre plan. I like to get my workouts over in the morning and then it sets a positive…

Hi There, I can't see your diary. I would say you are not eating enough. If you have a calorie deficit you should lose. But under 1000 calories is not the answer. Did you plug your numbers into MFP and what did it give you... no less than 1200 I am sure?
