Multi grain porridge mixed with banana protein powder and unsweetened soya milk with a banana sliced in. Yummy and keeps me going until my late lunch at 1pm.

I managed to run a kilometre on the teadmill without stopping. Considering I was a couch potato 6 weeks ago I feel very proud of myself. Not run like that for 20 years!:happy:

I go through similar patterns myself of starting the day well and full of enthusiasm and struggling by late afternoon.
