Perhaps Guitar Jerry doesn't have to answer phones and deal with this stupidity multiple times a day. I'd respond with the fact that there are over 500+ lines with employees that may have miss-dialed the caller, which one would he/she like you to check with first? Good luck!

Sodium seems to be my issue too. Like you I don't add table salt to anything. I think my problem is being lazy and having Progresso Light soup during the week for lunch. I need to get away from canned stuff!

You can add me if you'd like - more people to be accountable to and having an open diary is a swift kick in the pants for me!

Numbers may not move as fast as I want them to sometimes but for the time it takes to log my food exercise, the knowledge that I gain from making better choices sure is worth it when I feel better and have more energy! Good luck to you!

Don't give up! You have a lot on your plate. A first baby alone is a lot of stress and considering all you are going through like others have said, just take it day by day or even hour by hour. Enjoy caring for that baby and take the time to care for yourself so you have the energy for the baby, fiance and making your new…

He became part of the delayed entry program last May and seeing him get in shape has inspired me to FINALLY get serious about…

Feel free to add me too. This is diet #941,372 for me. Now trying to make a lifestyle change. I'm about a month in and this morning can proudly say I've lost 10 pounds. I'm a full time working mom with 2 kids. My oldest is leaving for basic training 2 weeks after graduation which is another great motivator. If he can make…

I get this from my friends and husband, "you're no fun when you're dieting"! What normal person can sit in a sports bar for 4 + hours and make decent decisions surrounded by food & drink???

I'm in the same boat to just a little older. I'm 42 year old, work full-time and would like to lose about 70 pounds. I've been tracking for about 2 1/2 weeks. My husband likes to go out on the weekends to watch football with friends. I can deal with going out but not sitting in a sports bar for hours on end and making good…
