I'm just getting back to working out after almost a two year absence . I am kind of forced to have a rest day on Saturdays due to my work schedule. I've been exercising 6 days a week for about 6 weeks. Today is the first Saturday I don't feel guilty because I feel like I'm going to crash and burn. I'm actually grateful for…

I choose the diet coke no matter what I'm eating. I'm from the TAB generation and regular coke is just way too sweet for me.

Love swimming,it's a pretty good burn at a moderate to fast pace.My muscles feel great after an hour or so of laps ( sidestroke, breaststroke, butterfly stroke) My problem is it makes me VERY hungry.Especially for carbs!

Started as walker 3 1/2 years ago.I lost 40 pounds that way. Now I do intervals.

About 3 1/2 years ago when I went out for dinner with the man I with at the time and out ate him. That night, when I went to bed I could barely breathe, felt like I was smothering.

To be honest,I swim because I love too. I never even knew the calorie burn was so high until a few weeks ago and will be looking into making it a regular routine. So I haven't really thought much about the calorie intake part of it. I grew up on the beach and am in the water every moment I can be in the summer.

Peanut butter and apples because the protein staves off hunger but what I really crave after a swim is heaps of pasta!

When I feel stressed at work,I just squeeze my own.;It's very effective and I don't have to leave my desk. I can see how others would benefit from this idea though.

@sbarella - Thanks for the reply :) I just plan on cutting my calories to 600 until I lose about 10-20 lbs. From then on I plan on eating 1200 and adjusting my lifestyle. After I hit about 100 lbs I plan on eating 1500-1600 calories. ^^ I swear to myself that I will never gain it back because not being able to fit in your…

Since I lost weight people have referred to me as skinny.I'm not skinny.never have been, never will be. I have hips and a chest and, since january some new found muscles. I think what people mean is "not as fat as you were" Skinny is not what I aspire to be and is usually a term used by my still unfit friends one of whom…

I've done it twice. It's a good workout and taught me proper form. The first couple days it is HARD if you are fairly new to exercise but stick with it! It's worth it.

I don't have a cheat day every week.On holidays and special occasions I don't log but try to stay pretty resonable.
-
I log my walk and sometimes circuit training.I will lift weights at random times throughout the day or do squats while doing other activities ( like drying my hair) and I don't log that. If I eat back any calories,it's usually only half.
-
I don't eat back calories most of the time.I know it's not accurate. There really isn't a way to record exactly what I do for a workout. It's kind of a crazy combination of things.
