Coming back
Hello, Coming back after a long absence . I stopped working out when my work hours changed but have decided to stop using that as an excuse when my sister gave me a gym membership last month! Looking to lose the 15 pounds I gained in the interim and start participating in 5k's again soon.

Charity walks
I did my first 5k last September for a local charity. In October I did "making strides" ( about six miles). This year I would like to do the Avon three day in May and, hopefully,in September,The Jimmy fund marathon walk which follows the route of the Boston marathon. Has anyone done any of these events or something similar?…

Kettlebell
Can anyone recommend a DVD on the proper use of kettle weights? I hear they are a great workout. I went to buy some yesterday and realized I have no clue what size to get. I don't want to get a back injury. Right now I use 15-20 in regular weights and have been using them daily for about six weeks. Thanks in advance.

Cardio versus weights for weight loss
I've done mostly cardio over the last three years ( walking and running) and started weights in January. I love my stress busting walk/ run! Problem is,my body just can't seem to take it anymore! Has you style changed?
Since losing weight how has your style changed?
