Is going of protein grams harmful in any way?

going under won't hurt while losing weight (you'd have to have such a small amount to lose any muscle (like 54 g for women, and not much higher for men). Going over won't hurt either. You'll just poop out there rest you don't need.
Going over by extreem amounts over an extended time is hard on your body though. - i.e 250-300 gram a day for men0 -
.Today I went over by 45 g.I only eat meat maybe once or twice a week but pistachios are my favorite snack.I suspect that's what drives me over but it probably balances out.Thank you!0
