I admit,I lost most of my weight,45 pounds,on a very low calorie diet ( 800 or less a day was my goal) and working out seven days a week.
I joined MFP in January to get back on track after the holidays and to hold myself accountable.
I've learned so much from this site, but the main thing I learned is : YOU CAN EAT FOOD AND LOSE WEIGHT!
I didn't know about eating back calories or how much food 1200 calories can actually be ( or more if your exercising)
Here I thought I was an expert dieter but now I know it really is a lifestyle change and feel better at 44 then when I was in my 20's.
What have you learned from the site?
