MFP is a great place for inspiraton :) I am going on just little over a year and I am almost to 100lbs lost and I am so glad I found MFP because it has helped me greatly along the way Good luck on your journey!!

I was on adipex for 6 months and lost over 55lbs. Since stopping it I have continued to lose weight and have lost a total of 79lbs total so far :) I know the pill helped me with portion control and helped with carb cravings . Not addicting at all .

Looking at our family pictures that were taken in October 2011 and realizing how big I had gotten over the years and then it really hit when I went to the doctors to talk about what I need to do to get this under control and the doctor telling me I was Obese

I was told by my doctor and a dietician you shouldnt eat anything atleast 2 hrs before going to bed

I have the Wii Zumba and the Wii Golds Gym Dance Workout. Love them both! I am looking for some other dance workouts, might have to try the just dance ones seem alot of ppl like them. does anyone have good results with these? do they show calories burned?

I typically exercise 6 days a week at around 11am or 12 noon. I do my exercising in the comfort of my own home :)

I've been eating the 100 calories packs of like the Cheez Its or the Special K Thin Crisps, I also been eating Watermelon, honeydew or cantalope :)
